About

Hi, I'm Marlowe.

I started Northwestern Exterior Cleaning because I wanted to make something genuine. In an era where many people my age choose to build businesses centered around dropshipping and AI-generated content, I decided to create something more tangible and ethical. As a 16-year-old, my options were limited, but pressure washing felt like the obvious choice. I had been doing it for years, developed some skill, and it fit all my criteria. The only question was: how would I get started?

How did I get to where I am today?

I started pressure washing when I was twelve, using an old, clunky machine that had sat in my shed for years. My first job was my parents' front deck. It took five times as long as it should have (at least), and I left these ugly stripes all over the place.

Three years and many jobs later, I decided to start Northwestern. I dedicated a year to mastering the trade and honing my skills, working hard to secure a high-end washer so I could provide the best service possible to potential customers.

Now, I'm providing residential homeowners with excellent service at lower-than-market rates to build a strong reputation within the community. I have no plans to stop any time soon and am excited to expand into commercial properties as well!

Who I am outside of Northwestern

When I'm not on the job, you're most likely to find me on a trail deep in the North Cascades, out on a run on the Burke-Gilman Trail, or at the gym with my friends. I am a student at Nathan Hale High School, a varsity cross country athlete, and a soon-to-be eagle scout. I love running, biking, reading, and spending time in nature or with my friends. Thanks for supporting a local business!
